Clear and timely communications. I had several specifications that required a fee (rush/3color print/3 color swaps) and I found the fee reasonable. The product arrived on time. Everyone quite pleased with the product. Only complaint - My first two choices of colors both bottles and lids were not available.

Working with Ecobrander Promos and Stacee was so refreshing for us. Ordering branded/customized apparel has been more difficult and expensive recently, especially with Nalgene’s recent switch to Sustain. The bottles are great but one of the tops must have been replaced with a different color without letting me know. I am surprised by that. Stacee was fabulous and responsive to work with as always. I realize inflation has hit all of us but I was sad that the cost increased again.
