Nica is fantastic with communication and working against tight deadlines and design challenges. Always highly collaborative and a great resource to have when we are buying our swag.
The individualized help was appreciated and made designing the pen easy. I received a couple reminders (that I definitely needed!) so that extra care was noticed. While the pen itself came out sleek, beautiful and on brand with what we were looking for - it was the customer service that stood out for me and my team!
Very easy website to navigate. It was awesome being able to see the different color combos without having to get too far into an order. The team member that helped coordinate the order was very friendly and quick to respond to communications. The product appeared just as it did in the mockup. It arrived much faster than anticipated and was packaged very well. There was verification every step of the way to insure we only paid for exactly what we wanted. I am overall very impressed with the service and this company as a whole and we love our new water bottles!
EcoBranders exceeded our expectations. They were incredibly easy to work with and went above and beyond to help us through the setup process as a new client, despite our tight deadline. Everything was handled seamlessly, and their team was friendly, responsive, and highly professional throughout. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and look forward to partnering with them again.
Your sales team is easy to work with. They respond quickly, monitor progress and timing, and help keep projects moving. I will definitely recommend these products.
The ecobranders team was so helpful and responsive! The product arrived exactly as advertised and the decoration looks great. Easy process from start to finish!
Team was incredibly helpful with selecting products. They were also amazing at finding our previous order and working with us to get proofs and questions.
We approached EcoBranders for a custom bandana design. We had never done something like this before and didn't know where to start. From the first email we received, we could tell this company knew what they were doing. The amount of detail and information included in our general inquiry reply impressed me so much and gave me the confidence to create exactly what we needed. Throughout the project, communication was strong, kind, and helpful throughout the entire process, making a daunting project easier. I highly recommend them!
