Does your pricing include the custom imprint?
Yes, each product page explains what is included in the base price that is shown. Refer to the description area on each product page.
Due to the customized nature of our products, we'll need to discuss the specific details of your project in order to confirm all charges that will be associated with it. The prices shown for each product are to be used only as a general guideline since your requirements may result in higher or lower prices than those shown.
If your order is placed online, we will not process your credit card until all charges are discussed with you first.
How do I place an order?
You can place your order right through our website! We'll then call you within 24 business hours to confirm all details of your order, prior to processing payment. You may contact us prior to that if your order is time-sensitive.
You may also place an order over the phone. Call us at 253-287-3023, x-1 between the hours of 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. pacific time, Monday through Friday. We’ll confirm the details of your order, request your vector art file, and arrange for payment.
What type of art file do you require?
Our production team requires a vector art file that has all elements, including fonts, converted to outlines (paths). This file can be provided in the following formats - Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Encapsulated Post-Script (.eps), or Adobe PDF - .eps files are preferred. If you don't have this type of file - see below.
Do you offer art services?
Yes. If you're unable to provide a vector art file for your logo/design, we can have our design team create one from whatever file type you do have. There's typically NO fee for this, unless your design is very detailed, in which case art fees may be charged at a rate of $15 per 15 minute time blocks - feel free to send your art file with questions to art@ecobranders.com
Can you typeset text for me?
If you need to have a tagline, website, phone #, etc. typeset alongside your design, this can be done at no charge. Please provide desired font style, font size and color when emailing art file.
How do I submit my art file / imprint instructions?
When ordering online, you will have the opportunity to upload your art file and enter instructions. If you place your order via phone, we'll provide you instructions at that time.
What does Shipping Cost?
It's different for every order depending on the shipment weight, size, and distance that it's being transported. If you'd like a shipping estimate prior to ordering, just contact us - hit the Need Help? button in the lower right corner.
How is your company serving the environment?
We offset 100% of the carbon emissions generated in the shipping of our client's orders, through our partnership with CarbonFund®. In addition, we support various reforestation projects through PLANT-IT 2020 via our New Client Eco-Credit program. We're very proud to have been the first company in our industry to exhibit this level of commitment to the environment, and hope to continue to inspire others to do the same!
